Team Sponsorships

Do you own a business, service, or just want to support youth soccer in Greater Lafayette? GLRSA offers team sponsorships!

Sponsorships are tax-deductible. Sponsorship costs per team will vary based on the type of shirt, and number of colors in your team's logo.  

If you don't have a logo we can assist you in creating one!

How to Sponsor a Team

1.       Before beginning you will need to choose a base color shirt from one of the three options listed above. Please note that you cannot click to choose a shirt color during the registration process. You will need to type the shirt color in the registration question field when prompted so please be prepared to add the color when asked.

2.       To begin, please go to the top right-hand corner of the GLRSA website.  If you have sponsored in the past or have children in the league, you should be able to click to “Login”.  If this is your first time using our Sports Connect site, please click “Register”.

3.       After logging in, you can click on the Account button on the left-hand side of the screen.  **Please note that to sign up for a program, you will need to add yourself as a “Player".  If you already have players attached to your profile, just click on the “+Add Player” button and enter your information. If you are new to the system, you will need to click on "Register a Player", choose Register "MYSELF",  then choose "PLAYER".  Answer all of the questions and click "Continue".

4.       After adding yourself as a player, you can choose “GLRSA Spring 2025 – Sponsorship”, click the blue button to "View Divisions" and choose the sponsorship level that you prefer. This will take you through the Sponsorship Registration and ask you to answer the relevant questions. (If there are other players on your account, you can simply click to “Skip” them at the bottom.)

5.       You will then be taken to the Sponsorship Registration questions.  Please answer all of the questions.  Choose at least one ink for logo, name, and number color. Please note a second ink choice adds $25.00 in cost to your sponsorship. ($150 for solid color shirt w/ one ink choice, $175.00 for solid color shirt w/ 2 ink choices, $250.00 for Tye Dye w/ one ink choice)

6.       After completing the questions and checking out, please email The Athlete at [email protected] to provide your sponsor logo and finalize your sponsorship.

**NOTE: If you would like to sponsor more than one team, please choose the ADD PLAYER (Plus sign on the right side of the screen) and call the 2nd account “Name X2”. This will allow you to follow the same steps above to sponsor another team. You would repeat this process for however many teams you want to sponsor.**
